    Hi there,

I want to add a custom payment method X to my WordPress WooCommerce store that does the following:

    – “Super users” place an order using payment method X, which doesn’t require them to pay right away.
    – Instead, the super user receives an email which says “thank you for the order” + lists products and prices. This email contains a link which the super user’s boss can use to pay later -> upon clicking this link, the boss is directed to my store with the cart pre-populated with all items the super user placed in the initial order. Then the boss can pay using the usual payment methods, and after paying the boss receives the corresponding invoice.

I’ve been looking for plugins which can do this, however I haven’t found a good option yet. Does anyone have tips for making this setup work?

    Cheers,

    Joris

    Hi @oceanwprocks,

You may want to use a customized solution if no plugins are available for your purpose. At the moment, there’s no default option to do that in WooCommerce, and customizing that would require a bit of additional coding. Custom coding goes beyond the scope of support we are able to provide in this forum.

I can recommend to get started taking a look at the WooCommerce Developer Resources Portal for resources on developing for WooCommerce.

If you do require more help with the actual coding, we’d recommend hiring a developer or one of the customization experts listed at https://woocommerce.com/customizations/.

    Thanks.
