Order Notifications Not Working

    Hi

    I have been using the plugin successfully for abandoned carts and just tried out the order notifications automation today with some issues. After a successful test purchase and order notification from Mailchimp, I then had two store orders come through and no order notifications were sent. Both orders are set to processing as was my test purchase. I checked the campaign and no emails were sent (only mine). I waited a few hours and also tried to re-sync but still not emails.

    I checked the logs and both customer orders had ‘NOTICE abandoned_cart.success :: email:’ whereas my order had ‘NOTICE order_submit.success :: addStoreOrder’.

    I checked and the two customer orders didn’t come from an abandoned cart automation. Regardless if they did, I would expect the order notification emails to be working.

    Any idea why this is not working? I am really keen to start using the MC order notifications but will have to give it a miss if it’s buggy.

    Hi @digitalisfun, we’re happy to help. Just to get a handle on the situation you’re experiencing, could you provide a few more pieces of information to help us understand the issue?

    – What plugin version are you running?
    – Is your site self-hosted, or is it a wordpress.com business account?
    – What version of WooCommerce are you running?
    – Is there any logging errors in the plugin’s logs tab (when it’s set to standard or debug)?
    – Have you tried to uninstall or reinstall?
