    Is there a way to set this up, so we receive an Email or text notification when an order is placed rather than the phone call?
    Also, is there a way to send an email order overview to our customer once they place an order?
    Finally, can I remove the timer that forces us to accept an order in a certain amount of time?

  • Hi there,

    When the order is placed it gets pushed to the order taking app for the restaurant staff to review and accept. There’s no other way to accept orders.

    Once the order is accepted (or rejected), two emails are automatically sent, one to the client and one to the restaurant. These emails contain the order details. I encourage you to go to our demo website (https://pronto-wp.com/) and place a test order.

    Today there’s no option to change/remove the amount of time.
