This is strange. I created a test order on my site and I received a notification on my Android mobile phone for the order afterwards.
Can you please provide further details about your issue here? Are you using the latest version of the WooCommerce mobile app? What is the operating system of your mobile phone?
I’d like to understand your site properly, can you please share your System Status Report, that will help us further troubleshoot.
You can find it via WooCommerce > Status
. Select Get system report
and then Copy for support
. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.
