Order notes to provide more informations

    When I visit Order I would like from Notes to provide me with more info. For example I need more info to find out why order failed.

    For some reason Stripe as a payment processor is not even initiated, as you can see in this image.

    Is there a way to edit Notes to show me more info than these informations provided in the image above, or any other plugin that you can suggest for this, thank you.

    I understand you would like to add notes to the orders, in this case, to the orders that are failed.

    An order could fail for several reasons, for example, the customer card doesn’t have funds, connection interruption, etc.

    You can refer to this forum thread that is below to get an alternative solution to add notes to the orders:
