    Hi.

    I have a marketplace where there are multiple vendors. What I’m trying to achieve is for the vendor to add a Customer note, but instead of the note getting sent to the customer, it’s sent to the admin email.

    Is there any way to achieve that? How can I modify the code in the order notes? If it’s not possible, I am looking for another way to allow communication between vendor and admin.

    The order notes in Dokan order details page is generated following the same structure as WooCommerce. As in WooCommerce, the email goes to the customer, the Dokan order notes follows the same route. If you want to customize that behavior please check the WooCommerce customization guidelines.

    Can I change the Client Notes email so instead of being sent to the customer is sent to the admin or the email I specify?

    The client note feature in Dokan is exactly same function as used in Dokan. On dokan order details template check the lines after 245. You will understand how we have used the WooCommerce notes feature there. So, for any modification to this you can do through WooCommerce development guideline.
