Order notes is missing

Would you please send me a screenshot of the settings page of the plugin?

As you can see in the screenshot, the customer note is empty. The payment data does not go into the customer note, it will be displayed in its own metabox.

No, i already tested see i want whatever i build on that form builder. the customer data on the filed not go into metabox. i want those data on admin order notes box. is this possible
