Order not visible in the “customers” page

Could you try importing historical data and check if the issue is solved or not?

 You can import the historical data by navigating to Analytics >Settings >Import historical data from your WordPress dashboard and clicking the Start button.

If the issue persists, kindly let us know.

Hi @besky,

We tried importing the CSV file you provided in our testing environment, but we were able to import the customer data without any issues.

To further debug the issue, could you please create a staging site of the same and share the site details via support?
