Can you place a test order with a default payment method such as “Check Payments” to see if you can reproduce the issue.

Hi! Thank you for you reply. Doing same no matter what payment option I choose. Just goes straight from “place order” to “order complete” with result of no customer data captured (on email nor dashboard) yet sale notification takes place and sale shows in dashboard but no way to contact customer. I’ve not been able to replicate the same issue on my test site which is running on a basic install of WordPress, WooCommerce and the default Storefront theme.

Upon checking your report, I noticed that your theme version is quite outdated (— 3.6.0 — 24.05.18) and you may want to update to a more recent version – here is the theme changelog:

I would also recommend checking the settings on this plugin or temporarily disabling it and see if that helps:

Thank you for the feedback. Did both suggestions, first changed the theme to storefront, no change. Then deactivated redirect plugin, no change.

So I am still stumped. Shop just does not do payment processing.
