• Hello,

    On Google GA4, we noted that customer checkout and then redirect to Order-recieved page:

    We only use this plugin to collect payment.

    But, we did not received payment, and there is no logs, no order email, no failed order email.

    How should we handle this kind of issue please?

    While Google Analytics provides valuable insights into user behavior on your website, it is not always accurate in confirming genuine customer interactions. Instances recorded by Google Analytics could potentially be attributed to traffic bots or other non-customer activities. This scenario might not accurately reflect a real customer’s journey through the checkout process.

    If you have confirmed that logging is enabled and still do not find any records corresponding to a particular transaction, this means that the plugin has not been used for that particular visit to the order page.
