Order not in Subscription Table

  • Testing the feature with our membership plugin (ProfileGrid) and WooCommerce. I manually added a subscription order to a customer, but the order does not appear in the Subscription Table. The member plugin shows the product was purchased and it displays, but in the user profile under the WC “Subscriptions” tab, it says “You do not have any active subscription(s).”

    We have checked this, maybe due to any plugin like membership as you told is not compatible, that maybe the issue
