Order not displaying in vendor dashboard

    When customer place an order, Our vendor, admin and user all are receiving email notification. And Admin can view the order in woocommerce>>order tab.

    But Vendor who created the product cannot see the order in his/her dashboard. Not even in the sales report. How can I solve it?

    Please update your plugin to the latest version, 2.4.9.2 as of writing, as these problems have been addressed already.

    Hello Josh, Thanks for replying so fast. I have updated the plugin and changed the theme to storefront but the problem is not solved yet. The sales report still not generating for vendor. Note that this is a booking website with multi-vendor option. Please suggest how can I solve this.

    Can you please do some basic debugging to check that there aren’t any conflicts with the theme or plugins: https://www.wcvendors.com/knowledge-base/how-to-conduct-basic-debugging-on-wc-vendors/

    Also, you mentioned that you are running a booking website with multivendor options, can you please confirm if the vendors can make bookings products?

    Also, as a test please try creating a simple product as a vendor, do a test purchase, and check if it shows on the vendor dashboard.

    Can you please check on the backend/wp-admin as the vendor and see if they can see the orders there.
