Order not displaying for customer in "my account"

I have just started using the Woocommerce Deposits Plugin. A customer logged in to her account to make a payment and her order was not displaying at all. The purchase and deposit/payment info is showing in the back end but not in “my account” for the customer. Deposits are new for us and payment due dates are coming up on many other orders…I’m concerned this will happen to all of them. I have no way of checking them until the customer contacts me (not a good thing).
Help! Why is the order not showing in “my account” and how do I fix this?
