• Hi WPML,
    I have a client who uses the WPML Multilingual CMS in combination with the MyParcel plugin.

    The problem is that when the status of the order is set to complete, the order can no longer be found through the search function in the order overview.

    Now I found out that the order can be found as soon as the WPML Multilingual CMS is turned off. I think it has to do with the post type translation for the order (shop_order).

    Do you have an idea why the search function no longer works when I have the WPML Multilingual CMS active?

    I tested this in a fresh install and it’s working fine, so I think it’s a compatibility problem.

    If you deactivate MyParcel plugin it works fine for you too?

    So, we may need to take a closer look. To do so: can you or your client open a ticket in our support forum?

    This way we will be able to recreate the problem (with your help) and see if we can provide a fix or contact the author to work together for a solution.

    Hi @ofwald,
    I turned off a number of plugins, the MyParcel plugin was also one of them. But unfortunately that didn’t help.

    I will ask my client to open a ticket in our support forum.
