• Hello Friends

    In my online store running WooCommerce (latest version). When a user places an order and makes a payment via PayPal. My order never moves to Processing state.

    Because of this, I do not get an email informing that an order has been placed! The only way I know is through PayPal on my mobile phone.

    If I don’t quickly login into the Admin Dashboard and manually change the order status to Processing, the order will be canceled automatically.

    Why is this happening? What do I need to investigate?

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.
