order missing

Hi @natitornpat. Do you mean that any orders made at your site do not show up in WooCommerce > Orders? What payment methods have you test this with? Does this happen for all payment methods?

If this issue persists, please share your system report with me. You can find it by going to WooCommerce > Status > Get system report and then click Copy for support to be able to paste it in your reply.

I mean order since 21-24 AUG missing.
About payment I don’t think it is related. Because some order have a status complete.
But after the day I said, I still haven’t had a problem, and have a little question woocommerce
1. woocommerce version 4.6.0 have a any bug ?
2. How can I show “Sold out” Badge when product stock 0 in WC – Carousel and WC – Product (Elementor) ?

If you don’t see the orders in WooCommerce for Aug 21-24 but you received order notifications for them, it sounds like they were deleted in some way. You can check this in the wp_posts table in the database.

You can see any existing issues with WooCommerce in Github. The thing is that each successive version of WooCommerce resolves bugs, but there are always issues that crop up as well.
