Hi, I have this woocommerce webshop and it all works fine, the order mails does get send. Unfortunately, they sometimes end up in my spamfolder. It happens when the customer is using a gmail or hotmail-adress. In the order-mail is a reply to customer-email, which triggers the spam-system. I never use the reply-function so how do I get rid of it, so my new-order-mails from clients with a gmail or hotmail-adress doesn’t end up in my spamfolder ? ??

    Hello @hjorth007,

    Thank you for reaching out!

If you’re using a public domain email for the store admin, then try changing it to your own store’s domain.

For example, instead of using [email protected], use [email protected].

If that didn’t help, consider using a dedicated SMTP provider. I personally use Brevo (previously known as Sendinblue), it’s free for up to 300 emails per day which I doubt you can max out, but even if you do their pricing is not that bad. :?)

If you’d like to explore more options along with how to set up a dedicated SMTP provider, please check this guide: https://woocommerce.com/document/email-faq/#section-6
