    In the last update of AST 3.1.3 it happens that when adding a manual order, if we do not create it and add the tracking first, an update is generated and the order is lost (it disappears) although it counts in the numerator, the only way to prevent this from happening is create the order first and then add the tracking once created, in previous versions it worked correctly.

    The tracking info is not added when you add the order since we got to have the order id before you can add tracking info to an order. you can only create the order and then add the tracking info.

    The order id is generated at the time of adding the order and starting to fill in the user fields, articles, prices etc… at that moment I cannot add the tracking because everything filled out disappears the only way is to add then generate to After adding the tracking, in the previous version it did not happen it was indifferent when you filled in the tracking before or after clicking on the create button.

    If you try to manually create order, you cant add the tracking by clicking on add tracking panel before you created the order in the DB. the tracking data is a meta data for the order.

    You can choose the customer, address, products, etc and add add the tracking info in the tracking fields and click on the “Create Order”.

    Yes, as I mentioned, do the same you did to add the order details and type also the tracking info in the tracking fields (Provider/number), uncheck the “Mark As Shipped” and do not use the “Add Tracking” button, click on the “Create” button (Crear) in the panel below the tracking and the order to be created with no issues.

    We will disable the “Add Tracking” button in this scenario for the next version.
