Order is not updating once I change the Country / Region drop down

    Im using this plugin to create some new fields.

    -I created a new field named Cédula (ID in english)
    -I created a new field named EPS sucursal (EPS Store in english)
    -The state country is displayed if EPS sucursal has the value “Llévamelo a casa” (Take it home in english)

    The problem is that using this plugin the State country which are the shipping zone does not update the order shipping flat rate price.
