I noticed that the order details are not displaying properly on the dashboard. When I navigate to the order pages, I can no longer see any information regarding the orders. It appears to be completely blank under the order tap like there is no order.

I have also observed that the information displayed on the processing order pages has suddenly changed without any apparent reason. It used to show customer’s details and price etc but now its all hidden.

Any help in resolving this issue is greatly appreciated.

Could you please attach the following so we can get a better understanding of the issue? :?)

A screenshot of the behaviour you’re encountering, you can use services like Snipboard or Imgur.
A copy of your system status report. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
It’s also worth checking if there are any fatal error logs from WooCommerce > Status > Logs and choosing from the drop-down menu the fatal-errors.log option.

My apologies for the late reply!

I didn’t find any previous reports about this nor was able to replicate the issue myself. I noticed a message about the W3 Total Cache plugin in the screenshot you shared. Can you try turning off this plugin, as the message suggests?

Also, could you check for any error logs related to this problem? You can find them in WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

Moreover, it might be worth trying to update your server’s PHP version. Your hosting provider can help you with this part. :?)
