    When i try to cancel an order it is directly cancelled. Isn’t the order supposed to stay active and the admin gets some kind of a request to approve the cancellation?

    Note that I am using woocommerce subscriptions. Also i purchased the pro version since it looks like subscriptions are only supported in the pro version. But the functionality is still not working – order cancels directly without a need for approval.

    Amazing support. i worked with Vikram and the issue is now resolved.
