Order in backend – Wrong name appear under Customer:

    Hi Support. After export & import orders / users csv to new website, the wrong customer’s name now appear in the backend order under ‘Customer:’
    The name & address under Billing & Shipping are correct.
    Any solution how to correct this?

    Did you use a plugin to import orders? Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    Yes, products was export/import with Woocommerce. Users & orders was export/import with the WordPress tool.

    You will see that the Billing & Shipping details is correct, but the customer name under ‘Customer:’ is wrong.
    There is no issue with newly captured orders. It is only orders export/import from the old website that have the above problem.

    Most likely one or more plugins active on your site during the export process, somehow lead to generating conflicting data when you generate/export the XML file. Would you please try running the export tool after deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce?
