    Hello,

    After exporting the orders into the new installation we are facing the following issues:

    1. The product link inside the orders are not clickable (it is inside new order but not the exported from the old website)

    2. We copied the orders emails as well and when we click on the order number inside the email we end up in the dashboard instead of the order page.

    3. Analytics data are not showing most of the data.

    We tried the woocommerce tools but it didn’t work

    Thank you for reaching out to us

    1. The issue you are facing is because the product and order are not linked successfully. They are linked using either the SKU or product ID. Please make sure that the product IDs in the CSV file and the one on the site are the same. If all your products have SKU’s then please make sure that you enable the Product SKU option while importing so that it will be linked using SKU instead of IDs.

    2. Can you please share the screenshot of the issue you are facing so that we can understand the issue better?

    3. Can you please try importing the historical data from Analytics>Settings>Import historical data and check?

    1. working on it and will keep you posted.
    2. https://im.ge/i/rRjZxF when i click on this link inside my order email – instead of visiting the order page – it asks me for the dashboard user name and password – when i do instead of login to the page – i go to the admin welcome dashboard (only in historical email not the new ones
    3. I did that and it shows the new data correctly however the historical data is doubled (may 2021 should be 5000k instead it shows 1000k in revenue same in orders and same in sold items

    3. i also tried once with checking Skip previously imported customers and orders and once without – both give me the same results

    when i click on orders in analytics i see that there are duplicate orders and i think those might be causing the issue

    2. Please try placing an order manually instead of importing and let me know if the manually created order also has the same issue or not.

    3. Can you please share the site health info(Tools>Site health>Infor>Copy info) via support?
