Order Id’s already in use

    hello

    Around 40 orders won’t import because the order ID’s are already in use by some images/product pages. I tried changing the Order ID’s in the CSV file, but whenever I try to upload my edited CSV file, I get a message: Basic version supports only ‘,’ as delimiter. Your file’s delimiter seems to be unsupported.

    How do I edit/save the CSV file correctly? Or is there any other option of doing this? I could not find how to edit the ID’s of the products/images, but if that’s possible, i’d like to know how.

    Hi @chasecollectibles,

    This version of the plugin only supports importing CSV files having a comma(,) as the delimiter. When you edited the CSV file the delimiter might have changed to a different symbol other than a comma. Kindly make sure that the delimiter used in your CSV file is a comma symbol( , ).
