Order ID Search – No Results?

    Hello. Trying to search orders by Order ID and no results show. I can search by email or other but not by Order ID. Any suggestions?

    If orders on your end are not showing, this could be due to a number of reasons. Here are a few suggestions you can try:

    1. Ensure that the Order ID you’re searching for is correct and try again. (Do not include the ‘#’ sign when searching)
    2. Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again.
    3. If you’re using any plugins that may interfere with the WooCommerce order system, try deactivating them temporarily to see if the problem persists.

    I have tried those suggestions and they did not work. I can search orders by email, name (first or last), shipping method, etc but NOT order ID.

    As a next step, I recommend running a conflict test and checking if the issue persists after switching to a default theme and only having WooCommerce as the active plugin. You can find detailed steps to running a conflict test from this guide.
