I have used sequential order numbers plugin with woocommerce to get order numbers sequentially. When I delete some test orders from woocommerce, the order number and wordpress post id of order are different. Now shiprocket is taking only post id of orders not the order number. So order number in woocommerce and shiprocket are different. How to solve that?

@deepthy We are getting through API data “id”: 888 and “order_number”: “940”, for the shiprocket channel order id: 888. We can only show the data as id which we will get in “id” Parameter. So please we will suggest you to use id as order id instead of order_number on your panel.

@shiprocket thank you for your reply. Is it possible to edit the plugin from my side to pass order_number for the parameter order_id?

Or can I use shiprocket APIs instead of shiprocket plugin. If so how can I start?

@deepthy To make the changes on Woocommerce, please contact to your developer. If you want to integrate Shiprocket’s External API, please follow our API documentation: https://apidocs.shiprocket.in. If still there is any query regarding external API integration, you can raise a ticket from your Shiprocket panel or can from a mail on [email protected].

    Thanks & Regards
