Order ID incorrect

  • This falls under third party plugin support. Can you please confirm exactly where the new order number is getting stored (in which table)? You can ask the plugin author about the same.

    Wouldn’t know where to begin with that one. Sequential Order Numbers Pro is provided by WooCommerce, so it is something that is a standard plugin.

    Here I would like to mention that the plugin which you mentioned is developed by Skyverge and not WooThemes. So when you say it is a standard plugin, I am little skeptical about same.

    You may contact the plugin author and can ask them to contact me on this forum if they wish to make their plugins compatible with this plugin. I will be happy to make this plugin compatible with as many plugins as possible.
