Order id : already exists

  • Hello,
    I have 1 subscription and when I m trying to upgrade between them I got an error on checkout stating that something went wrong without any more info. By tracking the issue I found out that the problem was coming from quickpay payment_process function where an error was thrown order id already exist. Do you have an idea of what’s happening there ? especially because it used to work just fine before. thanks in advance.

    Hello again,
    More precisely it seems that the upgrade/ downgrade operations with woocommerce subscriptions are not working anymore. Each time I go to the checkout I have an error. Please help ??
