Order Function not working

Works for me and everyone else.

To provide any useful help please can you give a bit more information on the problem.
– What version WordPress are you running?
– What version of the plugin?
– Describe what you mean by “not working”
– What’s the URL of the page where i can see it
– Did you try standard troubleshooting steps like disabling other plugins and switching to default theme (to check for conflicts)?

It does not work for me either. I’m running wordpress 3.6.1 (latest version), WP catalogue 1.7.1 (latest version).

By not working I mean that when you try and drag and drop on the order settings page it doesn’t drag anything and instead creates several empty lines underneath the style you tried to grab for as long as you’re holding the mouse button down. Sounds weird but I just want to re-order the products in the category and can’t.

Thanks for explaining the issue and sending link. The drag and drop issue sounds like a jQuery conflict. Sure enough, when I checked your site the error console showed a bunch of jQuery errors.

Identify the cause of the conflict by deactivating all your other plugins and switching to the default twentytwelve theme. Then re-activate things one by one, testing in between. When the error re-occurs you’ve found the culprit. Report the conflict to both authors and hopefully it can get fixed up ??
