• Hi,

    we’ve integrated the plugin and it worked fine.
    But since end of november the function: Order from “in processing” to “completed” doesn’t work anymore and we have to edit the orders manually.

    Hope you can fix that, because 300 orders pay to click manually will not work for us

    Hey Martin,

    I hope you are fine. Sorry for late response, I have been on holiday recently.

    I don’t quite understand your problem because we didn’t change behavior of order status. Can you explain it a little bit more? Is it about updating status in shop or pulling order?

    thanks for your reply.

    After the order has been dispatched, status stays on “in processing” instead of “completed”.

    Maybe you installed/updated some additional plugins in meantime that interfere with connector? As I wrote we didn’t change logic there so it could be that something was changed in your shop.
    Without any additional info like logs it will be hard to guess what is happening. You can ask our support for help or you can enable developer logs in connector settings and contact me by PM at our forum https://forum.jtl-software.de/members/patryk-gorol.64620/

    New ticket related to status change bug was also created today, but it’s about partially shipped orders. Please check it here https://issues.jtl-software.de/issues/CO-1304 but I think it’s probably not your case.
