Order Form

I need an order form for a cafe. They want people to place an order and only want to take so many orders a day. So when they reach say 10 orders the form says no more orders for the day. Also if someone orders for a day week and that day hits 10 ahead of time it will tell them the max amount of orders has been reached. Any plugins for such a form? When the order has been placed they will receive a call from the Cafe so the form doesn’t even have to have a money transaction.
