Each item in the cart – multiple items in each cart – have a price listed next to them, there is no discount code listed, shipping has been charged for one order, but the items total $0.

One order is for downloaded items only, the other for printed items.

Neither order has discount code, all items have a price next to them, and yet both orders are for free
