Order follow up email integrating the plugin info

Is there a way to integrate in the follow up email for the order ( order ready, finished, and all ) the info concerning this plugin date et hour for delivery. I’m using yaymail but I can’t find anything. How can I do it with yaymail or is there another plugin who would and how
