Order failure redirect URL

    Hi
    I have downloaded plugin ‘WC Thanks Redirect’ and entered the thank you Redirect URL that I have created on the website.

    I am not sure what to do with the ‘Order failure URL’
    Do I have to create another page which then redirects back to the website cart page?
    OR
    If I leave this blank does it revert back to the WC – Order failed template?

    Thanks Leonie, for contacting via support.

    You can create a different page similar to thank you page for Order Failure and put that page in Order Failure Redirect URL, it should go to default WooCommerce Failed page on failure if the Order Failure Redirect URL is empty or not set

    Hi Nitin

    I thought this would be the case.
    Mainly wanted to know if I didn’t put anything in that link area if it would revert to the automatic failed email
