    Hi, I have recently had a failed order. The payment transaction was completed, however the order is the marked as failed. The customer is not redirected to the order confirmation page and does not received email confirmation. The note on the order is as follows.

    A payment of £XX.XX failed to complete with the following message: The EntityManager is closed.

    Could you please advise what this error means.

    Thank you for reaching out.

    I understand you’re facing an issue with an order that failed, though the transaction was successful.

    This is quite an odd occurrence, however, I’d like to have a better understanding, did you try replicating the issue from your end and see if you get similar results?

    Also, are there any logs under WooCommerce >Status > Logs that were recorded on/around the time the order was made? If any, please share those in your next reply. Also, please don’t forget to share with us your system status log which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support then paste them here.
