    Hello phungkha

    Thanks for contacting WooCommerce support.

I understand that you are facing issues with orders where orders fail right after the payment is made via Payu.

Could tell me if the Payu payment was working correctly before or if it has not worked and produced this error right after it was set up?

Also are you seeing any errors or warnings ar Payu dashbaord?
If you are getting any errors or warning notices, share them with me.

To help you further, I’d like to understand more about your setup.
Could you please send me a copy of your site’s System Status?
You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
Select Get system report and then Copy for support.

Once you’ve done that, you can paste the text in https://gist.github.com
After that, you can paste the Gist link here in your reply.

Looking forward to your response. ??

    Hi @phungkha

Looking at your system status reports, I notice that your WordPress and WooCommerce versions are up-to-date, which is great.

However, I see that your PHP version is 8.2.12. Could you please downgrade it to 8.1.29, as this could be a possible cause of the issue you’re experiencing. Also, increase your PHP Time Limit from 120 to 1200 and PHP Post Max Size from 512 MB to 2 GB.

If the problem continues even after doing the suggested adjustment, I would suggest you contact PayU again for further help.

Since this is a third-party plugin which we don’t provide support for (please see our Support Policy), it would be best to reach out to the plugin’s developers for further assistance here. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.

I wish I could help more, but hopefully, this gets you going in the right direction to get the job done.
