Order failed due to “3DS Lookup has failed”.

Hi,
I am using the latest version of the plugin.
I entered the correct merchant id, password and acquirer id.
I also unchecked the test mode.
When i try to perform an order, i am getting the below error message:
Order ID: (7518) failed due to “3DS Lookup has failed”.
Any idea how i can resolve this?
