    The problem that we are having and reviewing other threads or other forums about this complement, is that there are times when orders are left without their variations and we do not know what our clients chose when reviewing an order. In other threads they have indicated that the problem is caused by this plugin Variation Swatches. I appreciate if you can guide us to this solution. Greetings

    Hello @kraujzzer,

    The variation swatches plugin helps you beautify the variation display but the actual product selection and adding to the cart is still controlled by WooCommerce, I am not sure about the issue you are referring to , are you able to replicate this issue? If so please share a screen recording so tha twe can know more and answer you accurately.
