    Hi

    it seems if WooCommerce POS is active and an order is placed the email that is sent from WooCommerce uses the post ID as the order number and not the order number created by your plugin.

    Are you able to look into this?

    Would you please be able to paste your system status here so I can get a better idea of what might be going on? You can grab it by going to:

    WooCommerce > Status?and clicking on?Get system report.
