    I have a pretty serious issue. A customer just notified me that he is receiving other customer’s order confirmation emails. This started on 7/18/2024. When I look at the SMTP logs, there is no record of the emails being sent to him. When I look him up in the database, I only see his email being saved under his order placed back in March and his user account. I ran a check on the database tables and everything came back ok. There are no security or malware issues being reported, and no errors in the server log. I have gone through all of the email settings in Woo, the WordPress dashboard, SMTP and my email automation plugin and he is not added as a recipient anywhere. I have no idea how this could be happening but am seriously concerned for privacy reasons. Everything on the site is up to date. Could please help me figure out how this could be happening and how to fix it.

    Thank you for contacting Woo support.

    To help you with this problem, it would be best to ask your customer for the screenshots of the email he has received.

    Ask him to share the email details as well.
    The details show where the email was sent and from where it was sent.

    Here is an example from my Gmail account.
