    Hi,

    We’re working on a development site which is due to launch soon. However, we’re experiencing some issues with the WooCommerce order emails. We’re using WooCommerce to accept payments through Stripe along with Bookings and Appointments For WooCommerce Premium (by PluginHive). The booking itself is working quite well but when a booking is made, the email received by both admin and customer are blank. Any ideas?

    This seems to be an issue with the latest WooCommerce 4.0

    WooCommerce emails showing as blank on my mobile device. They are shown as broken on my computer.

    Best thing to do at the moment is change the emails sent out as ‘Plain Text’ emails until a fix is found.

    Hi there @monologuehq,

    We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this thread as resolved.

    As @chinaman123 mentioned, there was an issue with broken emails on specific web hosting environments in WooCommerce 4.0 — there’s more information in the forum post that they linked to, as well as the GitHub issue linked below. It has been fixed, and the fix should be available in the next version of WooCommerce. For now, there are also other workarounds mentioned in the forum post and GitHub issue.
