The products have a fairly long list of no-cost options and I am finding that the order emails are all vertical aligned center. This means the quantity and price are aligned in the middle of the list while the left column is long. I want to vertically align the quantity and price to the top but I’ve tried editing the email-order-items.php with no luck. How do I accomplish this? Any ideas?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @muldari,

For more information on overriding templates in WooCommerce, you may want to start with this support documentation: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/template-structure/.

In your case, the templates to override are email-order-details.php and email-order-items.php. Now, so that we can check this further please provide a screenshot of how your email looks like and what you want to change. We recommend using a tool like https://snipboard.io or https://imgbb.com/.

Just to mention, if you need help with customizations we recommend consulting with the WooCommerce official Customizations Partners (https://woocommerce.com/customizations/) to see if they can assist you to achieve this goal.

    Thanks.

Here is the email layout. I want to have the quantity and price at the top of their columns vs vertically centered. https://ibb.co/2j3fjnL

I have tried editing the email-order-items.php with no luck.

    Hi @muldari,

Thanks for sharing a screenshot of your email layout.

This is not something that can be done with the default options in WooCommerce. You’d need to add a bit of additional custom code to achieve that.

I’m going to leave it open for a bit to see if anyone is able to chime in to help you out. However, if you do require more help with the actual coding, we’d recommend hiring a developer or one of the customization experts listed at https://woocommerce.com/customizations/.
