    Hello,

Tried so many things and still didnt resolve this issue.
Hope you can help me out.
When sending Order recieved/complete/etc. email to the customers all of the strings are delivered in default language (Lithuanian) when your plugins flag is chosen as English (secondary).
Ive translated all of those strings in Loco translate plugin.
It appears that when i select English (secondary) language and make an order, the page doesnt recognise it was made in /en/. Email subject, title, comments come in Lithuanian (default) language as it would with /lt/. The first email after payment is sent with english strings like Product, Ammount, Total etc.. After sending an email that order is complete, those same strings are back to Lithuanian (default) language.

Wasted so much time trying to figure this out.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello,

I’m really sorry for the delayed reply – there has been a great load on our support team lately and your ticket was omitted somehow.

Our plugin does not store the user’s language in order to know which version should be used for the e-mail. For the moment, there is no workaround.

    Best regards,

    Nick

@lagas1337 did you ever figure out a solution for this? I was almost ready to start using TranslatePress but then found this issue. I dont think it will be possible for me to use it if I can’t have the automated emails recognize the user language preference.
