    Hi, i was not receiving any notification emails in my test purchases. Then i realized Facebook for WooCommerce was causing this issue. When I deactivate the plugin Woocomemrce starts sending emails as usual. but when FB for WooCommerce is enabled, WooCommerce can not send notification emails to customers. To admin is okay, but to customers do not work.

    Can you please check, because I need this plugin for my FB shop catalog.

    This is quite strange that your site is not sending emails to customers.

    Can you please check this support documentation about: I am getting orders, but no emails are sending! and see if the solution provided works?

    Otherwise, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share your System Status Report that you can find via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

    If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
