Order email notifications show lots of ?????

  • Hi,

    I am having big issues with Email Order Notifications for woocommerce. Symbols and some characters are not being written properly, resulting in ‘???’. I use Chinese characters. Those non-English characters are all showing ‘???’. I guess it’s about UTF-8 issue. But, I have spent several days and still can’t find out solutions.

    Please kindly help and advise how I may fix this issue. Thank you very much in advance for your kindness!
