• When I receive an online order I cannot see the guests phone number or other info. It just shows what was ordered and their name. How do I add or adjust that info?

    Also, in the checkout screen. Can I take off the part asking for address? What page can I adjust this? Thanks!

  • Bumping for the second question (Removing the address field from checkout / give us a toggle switch under Settings > General > Checkout Options ). As my business only provides collection orders, requiring the customer to provide their address is pointless.

    I think I can help with your first question, uppercrust. If you go to Settings > Emails > New Order Notifications; in the ‘Order Notification’ field you can use the provided template tags to give this additional information. In you case, add in {phone} for their phone number etc… (this tag list can be found under the order notification field)

    I did add the {phone} tag and it still doesn’t show up. I actually have quite a few tags and they don’t show up.

    Here are the tabs I put in for order notification email:
    {phone}
    {price}
    {date}
    {payment_method}
    {receipt_link}
    {fullname}
    {phone}
    {user_email}
    {sitename}

    All I can see in order history is email and the guest name as far as information. I need to be able to see a phone number in order email or history in case something runs out and need to call them quicker than email. Also, I keep getting orders after close. Can that be turned off? I set hours, but orders still come in.

    Is there a way to set days for individual items? We have special items we do that I would like to set parameters to only show certain days.
