    Hi there! Hope you are doing well!

    Maybe someone could help me with email notification received by admin when new order is done. Admins receive two new order notification email, for each order.

    After few weeks and after a lot of manipulations, I didn’t manage to disable one of the two email order.

    It seems to be an issue with the status of the order. In the note of the order, paid by credit card, first the order has the status “On hold”, first email received and two minutes after, the payment are completed, the status changed to “completed”, second email received.

    Do you have an idea of what can cause this issue ? I can’t change the status when the order is done in the Payment option in Woocommerce.

    I already tried to deactivate all the plugins, without any success.

    Hi there,

    Do you have an idea of what can cause this issue ? I can’t change the status when the order is done in the Payment option in Woocommerce.

    I would first activate an email logging plugin. This will tell you whether a) the 1 mail gets send twice or whether b) you have 2 mails that get generated.

    If it is a), then you probably need to work on the mail server or sending method.
    If it is b), you probably need to check the hooks involved.
