    Hello, we have woocommerce on our site and it is not sending email on order confirmation, can you please help?

    Kindly install the WP Mail Logging plugin to detect where and why the emails are stuck

    Are you using a SMTP plugin to send out emails?

    Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

    It sounds like the issue is related to your SMTP Mailer plugin. We recommend that you reach out to the plugin developer on their support forum:

    If you don’t get a reply after some time, you can send an email from their website contact page: https://wphowto.net/contact.

    You may be asked to provide debug logs to allow them to figure out what is causing that error. Searching on their forum I’ve seen another user reported the same issue here.
