    Hi,

    My e-commerce application creates an order. But it does not send email about new order to shop owner. If I check at the backend, it shows placed order but no email notification to owner. My other emails like contact us form is working fine.
    I also tried SMTP plugin for email but same issue is there.
    Could you please help me?

    Is it only the site Admin that doesn’t get the new order emails, do customers get the email about new orders? If it is, then the issue may be with the email address you’re setting for the site Admin (make sure the email it’s sending from isn’t the same it’s sending to).
