    dear incharge,

    Order Email didn’t sent out after updating status by rep at frontend.

    I have configure the option Order E-mail Frequency to send email every time there is change in status.

    Pls help . Thanks.

    Hi gordonyg,

    For the emails to customers, you need to make sure you have created the emails in the “Emails” tab. Then you need to create your statuses and assign an email to each status. Also, as you have already configured, you need to go to the “Basic” area of the “Options” tab and set “Order E-mail Frequency” to “On Change”.

    i have followed your above instructions but still unable to receive the email.

    only admin can receive emails but not the customer email and the custom field email.

    Got the same issue.

    When creating a new order the first Order Change is being sent out as an update to the customer. But when i update the orderstatus to a new status it doesn’t send an update to the customer email.

    Settings:
    Order E-mail Frequency: On Change
    Added specific email templates for each status.
